We start with security and work backward. That being said, ETS can do any of the standard PC, Mac, and business-network tasks you’re looking for! This includes on-site and remote support, computer-purchase and device-lifecycle consulting, new device setup and migration, network troubleshooting, data backups, securely disposing of old devices, and more.

ETS will help you manage and secure your IT assets, including endpoints, networks, web properties, and accounts; align your business to industry-standard compliance frameworks; and assist in policy and operating procedure creation to ensure you are secure today and ready to scale.

If we’re a good fit, the first step is to gather information. Your IT provider is more effective the more they can see. Users, applications, accounts, devices, networking setup–you name it, we’ll want to discover it. We’ll learn how your business operates, look for ways to optimize how you work, and assess your current risk.
Taking everything we know, we’ll put an action plan together and discuss it with you in plain terms. All security steps we advise taking are linked to industry-standard compliance frameworks so you can see justification for each recommendation.
